He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Alice A. Kibler (Walter); his parents, Charles Oliver and Martha Mae Kibler (Mellinger); his children, Samuel Kibler of Hummelstown and Cecelia Hapke (Bill) of Highville; his stepgrandchildren, Rachel Sherr and Billy Hapke; and his siblings, Jay Emerson Kibler (Roberta), Donald Kibler (Linda), Charlotte Balch and Fannie Sampson (Tom). He was also cherished by 5 step-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, grandnieces, and great-grandnieces and nephews.
