She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Aukamp and Clara Groff Aukamp; her husbands, Raymond W. Charles and William M. Hess, Sr.; her daughter Debra J. Parmer; and her siblings, Paul, Ernest, Charles, John, Josephine, Clara, Ada, Elsie, Mabel, Rose, Elizabeth, Mary, Caroline and Katherine Rose.

She is survived by: her daughter Linda J. Trimble; her granddaughters, Amber Trimble Santiago (Jeremy) of Marietta and Larissa Hoffman (Tristan) of Washington Boro; and her great grandchildren, Colton, Rylee and Brooklyn. She is also survived by many step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
