He was predeceased by: his parents, Marguerite Andrew (Gibson) and Raymond C. Andrew. He is survived by: his wife Carol Andrew (Zook); his sons, Mark (Leigh) of Washington Boro and Matthew (Aimee) of Abu Dhabi; his grandchildren, Abigail, Caleb, George, Jamie and Esme; and his sister RoseAnn Sipe (Bob).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Sunshine Fund at Oak Leaf Manor North or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
