He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clement (Florence Clarke) and George; his wife Anne Clarke; his siblings, Edward Clarke (Patricia) and Sandra; his brother-in-law Lee Nearing; and his granddaughter Amanda.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas Episcopal Church (301 St Thomas Rd, Lancaster, PA 17601).
