He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl W. Riedel and Ruth I. Bowman Barr. He is survived by: his siblings, Kathryn Moffet, Carla Albright, Carl W. "Butch" Riedel, Jr. of Lancaster and Jeffrey Riedel of Lancaster; and his children, William Riedel, Tiffany Riedel, Ashley Lapp, Leah Riedel and Crystal L. Stough.
