He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmelo Santana and Margarita Santana. He is survived by: his wife Elba Santana (Torres); his children, Herman Santana Jr. (Eva), Darlene Santana (Ray), Margaret Santana and Mervin Santana (Tammy); and his sibling's children, Johanna Garcia and Vincent Garcia (Carmen). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory (441 N George St, Millersville, PA 17551). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
