He was predeceased by: his parents, Petros Keares and Maria Keares. He is survived by: his stepmother Evangelia Keares; his uncle Apostoli; his aunt Lillian; his brothers-in-law, Peter, Ted, George and Pete Skiadas; his wife Irene Keares; his children, Peter, Maria (Jeff) and Nicholas (Athena); his grandchildren, Reni, Kelli, Harris, Rina and Effie; and his siblings, Steven, Nicholas John, Costas, Christina Hatzivasilis and Eleni Kourgelis.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church (64 Hershey Ave, Lancaster, PA 17603). A prayer was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
