He is survived by: his stepchildren, Brenda Madonna (late Steven Madonna) of New Holland and Michael (Jamie Burkhart) of Leola; his grandchildren, Jared Madonna (Porcia) of Mechanicsburg, Travis Madonna (Felica) of Florida, Hannah Madonna Madsen (Ryan) of Seattle, WA and Rachel Burkhart Nelson (Caleb) of Ephrata; and his siblings, William (Sandra Tipping) of Atglen and Gloria. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
