She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Thornton and Philadelphian; her children, Joseph, Cecelia and Leila Parham; and her grandchild Jenelle Parham.
She is survived by: her sons, Paul Parham of Philadelphia and Hilton Ridley (Dona) of Lancaster, PA. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
