He was predeceased by: his wife Cathy Sherman; his parents, Paul Klinge and Else Klinge; and his sister Lisbet. He is survived by: his children, Allan Klinge (Elina) and Sanne Klinge (James Cartledge); his siblings, Birgitte Klinge (Arne), Peter Klinge (Iben) and Soeren Klinge; and his grandchildren, Milena, Carsten, David, Charlie, Sabine, Lily and Isabella. He is also survived by extended family and lifelong friends.
