He was predeceased by: his parents, Cristino Medina and Encarnacion Medina (Arceo); and his wife Iris Medina. He is survived by: his children, Julio C. Sevilla (Cecilia) of New York City, Luis M. Velez (Lisa Lefever) of York, Miguel A. Medina of Lancaster and Jessica Rodriguez (Arcadio) of Lancaster; and his grandchildren, Tatjana, Christopher, Luis, Sabrina, Adrian, Alondra, Eric and Jayden. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory (414 E King St, Lancaster, PA 17602).
