He was predeceased by : his father Howard E. Chapman, Sr.. He is survived by : his mother Sandra Lee Fryberger Downie of New Providence; his siblings, Bonnie K. Fryberger of Conestoga and Ray Fryberger of South Carolina; and his children, Ciara L. Chapman of Upland, PA, Kayleann C. Chapman of Lancaster, Alexandra A. Ibanez of Lancaster and Misael Martinez of Lancaster.
