He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Shelley and Ozella Ritchey Shelley; and his brothers, Robert Ballard, Jessie Shelley Jr. and Floyd Shelley.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Rivera Shelley; his pet Oprah; his children, Cornelius Macadoo, Corry Shelley, Ivson Jr., Tracey, Shanea, Shaelyn, Trevor, Kyle, Celeste and Derek Shelley; and his siblings, Georgia Johnson, Henrey Shelley and Modene Lewis.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory (414 E King St, Lancaster, PA 17602). A funeral service was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory (414 E King St, Lancaster, PA 17602).
