She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Longer and Renate Longer (Memmert); her husband Richard Howarth; her sister Eveline Weaver; her brother-in-law Barry Flora; and her pet Roadi.
She is survived by: her siblings, Brenda Snavely (Herb) of Lititz, Barbara Flora of Brandywine, MD, Robert Longer (Wanda) of East Earl and Eugene Longer (Melody) of Fivepointville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend their thanks to Magnolias of Lancaster for the excellent care provided to Jackie through the difficult years of COVID.
