He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Sweigart and Geraldine Sweigart (Shertzer). He is survived by: his children, Chad Jeffrey Sweigart of Shavertown and Amanda "Mandy" Lynn Sweigart-Quinn of Millersville; and his grandchildren, Carrigan and Cael.
