(Chandra Mullineaux) of Saginaw, MI and Kim (Steve Ginder) of Lititz; his grandchildren, Maddy (Sam Permenter), Hailey Ginder, Sam Mullineaux and Zach Mullineaux; his brother William J. II (Elaine Mullineaux) of Mountville; and his niece Lauren (Chis Tanji) of Mountville.

Additional personal leadership involvement by John with the following organizations over the years were: Helpline Educational Facilitator for Prostate Cancer Research Institute, Executive Committee, UsToo, Lancaster Chapter, Deacon & Treasurer, St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Manheim, Business School Campaign Committee, Ithaca College, Founding Director, Manheim Central Foundation for Educational Enrichment, Vice President, Manheim Area Economic Development Corp., Fund Raising Co-Chair Manheim Creative Playground, Co-Founding Director, Dream Ride for Lancaster, Director, Friends of Better Government, Director, Friends of the Atglen-Susquehanna Trail, and Treasurer, Lancaster-Lebanon Council Boy Scouts of America.
