John leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. John’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew John will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlin S. Wood and Emily F. Wood. He is survived by: his children, Tracy Trump (Wood), Jeff Wood (Tonya) and Adam Wood; and his sisters, Sandra Wood and Linda W. Reid (Chuck). He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren and their spouses; his nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (stjude.org) or to the charity of one's choice.
