He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeremias Rivera and Maria Rojas Rivera. He is survived by: his wife Carmen M. Acevedo Rivera; his children, Daliana Montanez of Lancaster, Carlos of Lancaster, Joel Montanez of Lancaster, Austin Anthony Rivera of Lancaster and Zachary (Emma Rivera) of Reading; his grandchildren, Natanael, Darinel, Anaiya, Elias and Miles; and his siblings, Milagros Rivera of Cayey, Puerto Rico, Carmen Vazquez of Lancaster, Benjamin Rivera of Lancaster and Carlos Rivera of Lancaster. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
