She was predeceased by: her father Warren Cook; her daughter Kathy Faulkner; and her brothers, Robert "Bob" Dunlop, Bruce Cook and Ronald Cook.
She is survived by: her husband Walter Faulkner; her sons, Jeff Faulkner (Sharon) and Edward "Ted" Faulkner (Ashly); and her stepbrother James "Jim" Dunlop. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
