She was predeceased by: her husband Jay Summy; and her parents, Jean P. Lyet and Dorothy Lyet (Storz). She is survived by: her children, Celeste Aven Heimdal and Michael DiFoglio; and her siblings, Dr. J. Paul Lyet, Victor P. Lyet, Theodore P. Lyet and Suzanne Ollar. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Water Street Mission.
