She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry J. Ripperger and Marguerite E. Ripperger (Heller); and her daughter Miriam C. Benton. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Alan W. Benton; her children, Heller Batton (William) and Sara Benton (John Gannone); and her grandchildren, Ian, Lillian Batton and Jack Gannone. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, as well as, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
