He is survived by: his mother Mariann Budd (Potts) of Pottstown; his girlfriend Gloria Fisher of Lancaster; his close friend Gloria; his stepchildren, Tammy Lintner of Lancaster and Stephen Fisher of Lancaster; and his brothers, Brian Budd of Pottstown and Adam Budd of Delaware. He is also survived by Two granddaughters and two nephews.
