He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Raymond Smeltz, Sr. and Wilhelmina Krushinsky Smeltz (Minnie). He is survived by: his wife Janet Hammon Smeltz; his children, Kimberly Tyrrell (Robert) of Lancaster and Bruce Smeltz (Laura) of Lancaster; his granddaughter Abigail Swynenberg (Matt) of Blue Grass, IA; his children, Matthew Smeltz, Brianna Smeltz of Lititz, PA, Emily Ransing (Joey) of East Petersburg, PA and Thomas Guy Smeltz (Tamara) of Philadelphia, PA; and his great grandchildren, Payton, Decker Swynenberg and Rowan Ransing. He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews.
