He is survived by: his wife Patsy Rich Wise; his children, Lisa (Joe Rauscher) of Lynchburg, VA, Randy (JoAnn Rauscher Wise) of Nottingham and Michael (Heather Fortna Wise) of Myerstown; and his sisters, Janet Pitera of Blue Bell and Joyce Jordan.
