He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward James Fitzpatrick and Catherine Siena Hess; and his brother Edward James Fitzpatrick, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Fitzpatrick; his stepdaughters, Crystal Pofi and Tiffany Seeley; and his siblings, Geraldine Simpson, Donna Anderson (Don), Mark Fitzpatrick (Barbara) and Karen Fitzpatrick. He is also survived by his twin sister, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory (441 N George St, Millersville, PA 17551). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
