She was predeceased by: her parents, Etta Mae Becker and Robert Neff Sr. (late Jean Neff). She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Hostetter (Diane) of Lancaster and Kevin Hostetter (Carol) of Conestoga; her grandchildren, Adam Hostetter (Anna), Kelly Ranck (Donovan), Cole Hostetter and Kara Hostetter; and her siblings, Bob Jr. Neff (Cindy) of Lancaster, John Neff of Lancaster, Bill Neff (Luanne) of Lancaster, Tom Neff (Debbie) of Lancaster and Lori Gilles (Christopher). She is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mission Church (651 Lampeter Rd, Lancaster, PA 17602).
