He is survived by: his wife Millie Caccamo; his daughter Samantha Pitman (Aaron); his granddaughter Lillian; and his siblings, Linda Detwiler, David Caccamo, Debra Caccamo, Robert Caccamo (Jan), Samuel Caccamo and John Caccamo. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews; and many cousins.
