She is survived by : her spouse Parvin "Paul" Wertz; her children, John Wertz (Jan) and Jeanette Rice (Ron); her grandchildren, John Jr. (Stacey), Christy Harnish (Matt), Lisa Hardwig (Mike), Katie Frazier (Earl) and Ron Jr. (Jennifer); and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Austin, Jaiden, Paisley, Henley and Earl.
