She was predeceased by: her parents, Gregory Nicklaus and Dorothy Conlin Nicklaus; her husband John "Jack" Hanley; and her sisters, Eleanor Cassidy, Jean Thode and Dorothy Fritsch.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Palmer (Mark) of Irwin, PA, Leslie Staskel (Tom) of Lancaster, PA, Mary Anne Weber (Tom) of Millersville, PA and Matthew Hanley of Lancaster, PA.; her grandchildren, Alexandra Palmer, Andrea Frescura, Ryan Staskel, Kelly Staskel, Kevin Staskel, Hope Weaber, Michael Weber and Carolyn Bachman; her great grandchildren, Emma, Katie Frescura, Nora Staskel-Young, Julia, Jack Staskel, Kaydence and Charlotte Weaber; her siblings, Paul Nicklaus (Phyllis) and Sue Krushinsky (Harry); and her brother-in-law Daniel Fritsch.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in her memory to St. Leo the Great Catholic Church.
