She was predeceased by: her parents, John N. Hoffman and Josephine Hoffman (Hogan); her husband Stephen T. "Tom" Sottek; and her sister Delana C. Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Thomas C. Sottek of Millersville and Lori Beth Tuinstra of Columbus, OH; her grandchildren, Kaeli, Blake, Mason and Ryleigh; and her siblings, John G. Hoffman (Suzanne) of Lancaster and Colleen F. Johns (Tim) of Landisville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
