He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Babcock and Mabel Babcock (Mowery); and his siblings, Florence and Bernard Babcock. He is survived by: his wife Janet Babcock (Buchanan); his daughter Deborah Rivera; his son-in-law Angel; and his grandchildren, Allison and Emily Rivera.
