She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Macias; her former husband E. Lester Ober; her parents, Everett and Ann Heckathorn (Koze); and her brother Richard Heckathorn.

She is survived by: her sons, Brad Ober (Michele Bote), Brooke Ober (Roxanne) and Blake Ober; and her grandchildren, Nathan Ober, Rachel Ober and Max Ober (Claire Nichting). She is also survived by her family and many dear friends.
