She was predeceased by: her husband John D. Hoffman; her son David B. Hoffman; and her sisters, Miriam Willwerth and Marian Russell. She is survived by: her children, Beverly Adkins of Lancaster, John E. Hoffman of Lancaster and Robert L. (Susan Costarella Hoffman) of Landisville; her grandchildren, Hope M. Adkins, Durante (Michael) of New Holland, Jenifer L. Hoffman-Komarow (Christopher) of Leola and James E. Adkins (Janyce) of Raritan, NJ; and her brother E. Ken Groff (Lois) of Lititz. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
