Nelin left this world on October 14, 2025 at the age of 86, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Reyes Toro and Dolores Guzman; her spouse Santos Torres; and her children, Lucy Torres, Santo, Samuel, Moses and Charlie Torres.
She is survived by: her children, Maria Lima of Lancaster, Blanca Margarita Torres of Strasburg, Luis Gonzalez of Pittsburgh, Rafael of Newark and Jose Torres of Newark; and her sister Ana (Carla Toro). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Melanie B. Scheid Funeral Directors & Cremation Services (317 E Orange St, Lancaster, PA 17602). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
