He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Pletcher and Ruth Pletcher (Dusch); his wife Deborah Lee Pletcher (McCauley); his son David Phillips; and his siblings, Charles and Anna Pletcher.
He is survived by: his children, Heidi Biddison (Keith) of Landisville, Ed Grove (Heather) of Willow Street and Jenn Gaul (David) of Lancaster; and his grandchildren, Victoria, Zachary, David Jr., Laken, Kylie, Chance, Kirstan, Cade, Damian, Caleb and Isabelle. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
