He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Billingham and Josephine Billingham (Aked); his wife Rita Billingham (Torelli); his granddaughter Stacy; and his siblings, Robert and Louise.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard J., Jr. (Lisa), Joseph (Sherri) and Robert (Kim). He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
