He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Miller and Lillian E. (Bobb). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen (Harper); his children, Richard Henry, Amber Miller and Jessica Miller; his brother John Miller; and his close friends, Bev Koons and Steve Miller.

In lieu of flowers please consider contributions to the building Fund at Light house Church in Rick's Memory Internment services are being handled privately by the family.
