He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Portzer and Loretta Portzer (Erich); and his brothers, Daniel and James Portzer. He is survived by: his wife Constance J. Portzer (Gigliotti); his daughters, Julianne Portzer, Loretta "Lorie" Jacobson (Donald), Cynthia Metheny (Eric), Mary Perry (Chris) and Marcy Lyle (Dane); and his sisters, Dorothy Goetz and Patricia Hollobaugh. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
