He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Fulmer and Irene Fulmer (Burkhart); and his brother Jim Fulmer. He is survived by: his daughter Doreen M. Fulmer (Paul); and his siblings, Judy Fulmer Madewell, Mary Ellen Fulmer Hoefler, Elsie Weaver, Walter Fulmer and Harold Fulmer.
