He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond J. Wetzel and Clara Bell Wetzel (McDannell); his siblings, Floyd Wetzel, Thomas L. Wetzel and Genevieve L. Strasbaugh; his granddaughter Danielle E. Wetzel; and his daughter-in-law Joan B. Wetzel (James H. Wetzel).
He is survived by: his sons, Joseph A. (Debbie D. Wetzel) of Landisville and James H. (Julie E. Wetzel) of Terre Hill; his grandchildren, Carlie N. Wetzel of Meriden, NH, Benjamin J. Wetzel of Upland, IN and Christopher A. Wetzel of Pelham, AL; and his great grandchildren, Caroline, Lydia, Nathan, Evan and Mark.
