He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl D. Feltman and Shirley D. Feltman; and his brother Rex Feltman (Betsy). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Feltman; his sons, Michael Feltman (Jodi) and Douglas Feltman (Maryann); his stepchildren, Tracey Kimball (Blaine), Cynthia Gustafson and Gregory Bixler (Jennifer); and his siblings, Richard Feltman (Sandra) and Sue Rose (Charles). He is also survived by grandchildren.
