He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Carr and Fern Carr (Walter); his son Ken Bell; and his granddaughter Kerri Lynn Martinez. He is survived by: his wife Jaqueline; his daughters, Amy Carr (Hector DeJesus) and Justina Hall (Robert); his stepsons, Gary Bell (Kelly) of Lancaster and Dwayne Bell (Brian Leese) of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Nicholas (Teyairra), Joshua (Calista), Christian and Sophia; his great grandchildren, Nandy, Bella, Jadiel, Joshua, Christian and Genesis; and his siblings, Shirley Adair and Debra Bleecher.
