He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Mae Ness and Cleon Welsh; and his sister Phyllis Jean Ness. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Ness (Haines); and his stepchildren, Travis, Cassidy and Zoey. He is also survived by 2 sisters; as well as several nieces and nephews.
