He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Fink and Mildred Fink; and his wife Joyce E. Fink. He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Lowry (Kurt Brubaker), Columbia of Pennsylvania, Karinsue Miller (Matthew) and Julia Sloat; his grandchildren, Bailey Moser (Michael), Jasmine Sloat, Kendra Sloat, Jacob Miller and Libby Herr (Jordan); and his great grandchildren, Nora Moser, Brodie and Gavin Herr.
