She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Speece and Elizabeth Speece; her husband Richard L. Rineer Sr.; and her siblings, Dorothy, Miriam, June, Robert, Charles and Bertha.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Gable (Walter) and Richard L. Rineer Jr. (Penny). She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory (441 N George St, Millersville, PA 17551).
