Roy P. Esbenshade Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roy P. Esbenshade (Lancaster, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 7, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Esbenshade and Anna Esbenshade (Pierce); and his siblings, Harry Esbenshade, Jane Mull and Arlene Leibley.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Esbenshade (Hurst); his children, Debbie Bowen and Bill Esbenshade; and his niece Denise. He is also survived by four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
The military honors was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Riverview Burial Park (1100 S Duke St, Lancaster, PA 17603). Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calendar DeBord Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory (141 E Orange St, Lancaster, PA 17602). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the DeBord Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory (141 E Orange St, Lancaster, PA 17602).
