Sarah A. Horting Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sarah A. Horting of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 22, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur L. Horting; her parents, Sarah Helen Long and Herbert Leo Shaub; and her siblings, Helen T. Snyder, Melvin, John and Robert.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert E. Horting (Audrey C. Horting) of Lancaster, PA and Arthur L. Horting Jr. of Phoenix, AZ; and her grandsons, Brett A. of Czech Republic and Bevan J. of Phoenix, AZ. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, and 4 step great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Riverview Burial Park (1100 S Duke St, Lancaster, PA 17603).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd.
