It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah O'Reilly (Lancaster, Pennsylvania), who passed away on May 6, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen McDonagh and Margaret McDonagh; her husbands, Phillip Goodwin and James O'Reilly; her niece Caroline McDonagh; and her siblings, Thomas McDonagh, Seamus McDonagh, Charlie McDonagh and Mary Hayes.

She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Ellen and Sally Jo Goodwin; and her siblings, Eugene McDonagh, Patrick McDonagh and Margie Wertleib. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
