He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Gallagher and Anna Gallagher (McCready). He is survived by: his wife Linda A. Gallagher (Karstetter); his daughters, Amy Gallagher and Kathleen Gallagher (Daniel Hoehn); his granddaughter Anna Hoehn; and his siblings, Joseph Gallagher, Mary Ellen Raines and F. Glenn Gallagher.
