He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. and Mary Mullen, Sr. (DeGeorge); and his brother James Mullen. He is survived by: his wife Linda I. Mullen (Poell) of Lancaster; his child Thomas J. Mullen, III (Jennifer) of Essex, MD; his grandson Jack; his son Peter F. Mullen (Katrina) of Lancaster; his grandsons, Alexander and Austin; his daughter Christina M. Pedini (Kevin) of Forest Hill, MD; his grandchildren, Duncan and Abigail; and his brother Steven Mullen.
